Each capsule contains:

• Asystasia gangetica 100mg
• Arundo donax Extract 100mg
• Bergenia ligulata Extract 80mg
• Alysicarpus vaginalis 20mg

Pharmacological Actions

These medicinal plants contain active compounds including Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) which inhibit crystallization of calcium oxalate. Antioxidant constituents help ameliorate crystal-induced renal cell injury. Antiurolithiasis activity results from synergism of diuretic activity, crystallization inhibition and antioxidant activity.

Multiple mechanisms of action:

• Balance inhibitors and promotors of crystallization in urine; affect crystal nucleation, aggregation and growth
• Regulate oxalate metabolism and crystalloid-colloid imbalance; improve renal function and prevent recurrence of urinary calculi

Indications

• Urolithiasis (kidney/urinary stones)
• Dysuria

Dosage

• Prevention — one capsule daily
• Treatment — one to two capsules three times daily (adult)
• To be taken with a glass of water before meal

Combination Therapy

Should be used together with Probiotics supplement (Biogurt®) for more effective treatment.

Side Effects

Mild hypotension in some individuals.
