Normosin® Herbal Blood Pressure Support Supplement

Each tablet contains a synergistic blend of 5 herbal extracts:

• Plantago major Extract 60mg
• Moringa oleifera Extract 60mg
• Arundo donax Extract 40mg
• Terminalia arjuna Extract 20mg
• Allium sativum (Garlic) Extract 20mg

Pharmacological Actions

Plantago major

Contains glucosides aucubin, flavonoid glycoside homoplantaginin, saponins and bitter compounds that produce a fall in arterial blood pressure.

Moringa oleifera

Alkaloids niazinin, niazimicin and niaziminin exhibit direct depressant action with hypotensive and bradycardiac effects observed in vivo.

Arundo donax

Roots have diuretic action, thereby lowering blood pressure.

Terminalia arjuna

Beneficial for angina and poor coronary circulation, abnormal heart rate and rhythm. Lowers blood cholesterol, reduces blood pressure and supports normal heart function.

Allium sativum (Garlic)

Contains diallyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfide and minerals (calcium, iron, potassium). Blood pressure-lowering effects may reduce stroke risk by 30–40% and heart attack risk by 20–50%. Shown to decrease systolic pressure by 20–30 mmHg and diastolic pressure by 10–20 mmHg in hypertensive individuals.

Dosage

Adult — one to two tablets one to three times daily, half an hour before meal

Side Effects
