Each caplet contains:

• Allium sativum Extract (containing Allicin) 150mg
• Spirulina platensis 50mg

Pharmacological Actions

Allium sativum (Garlic)

Used medicinally for many years, primarily for its ability to lower cholesterol and blood pressure to reduce risk of heart attack and stroke. Active ingredient allicin lowers total cholesterol and LDL markedly while raising HDL levels.

Spirulina platensis

Composed of protein, carbohydrate, essential fatty acid (GLA), vitamins and minerals. Lowers serum total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides and atherogenic index while raising serum HDL levels.

• Hyperlipidaemia
• Hypertension
• Prevention of ischaemic heart disease
• Obesity

Dosage

• Hyperlipidaemia without obesity — one caplet two times daily before meal
• Obesity with hypercholesterolaemia — two caplets two times daily for more effectiveness

Side Effects

Hypersensitivity (allergy) has been known to occur — discontinue use if this happens.
